Caroline is one of the Social Transformation Pastors at Catalyst Vineyard Church. She’s worked in prison for over twenty years as a community chaplain supporting prisoners being released. She started Lifestyle as a response to the need she saw for church to be more accessible. She has a background in psychology and is trained in life coaching and over the years has gained experience working with addictions and life controlling behaviours. She is passionate about leading people into healing and freedom, especially from the effects of trauma.
Ross is one of the Social Transformation Pastors at Catalyst Vineyard Church. He has a background in business and leadership and now uses those skills to the benefit of the church. Ross has been on his own journey with addiction and has experienced the freedom, acceptance and inclusion that Jesus can bring. He works in the jail as a community chaplain and has several years experience of journeying alongside people, building relationships and sharing the compassion of Jesus. He is passionate about people finding their worth, value and identity.
