We believe church should feel like family - and that includes your kids! At Catalyst Vineyard Church, we want to support you as parents and help your children grow in their faith through safe, fun and meaningful experiences. 

Every Sunday, we start by worshipping all together, then the kids head off to their own exciting activities where they can explore who Jesus is, how to have a relationship with Him, make friends, and feel part of something bigger.

Our heart is for Catalyst Kids to be a community where all children can experience Fun, God and Adventure. Here’s how we make that happen:

Join us this Sunday at one of our 7 locations for a church service designed just for kids. Whether in Preschool or Primary, your child will have an amazing time!

We believe that God is the creator of fun and joy (amongst other things!), and we want all of our kids to experience joy and excitement while learning about God and growing together with others.

Every Sunday, we create an environment where children can grow to know and love God, building a foundation of faith that lasts a lifetime.

Life with Jesus is an adventure, and our kids explore that journey every week through worship, teaching, prayer and play!

Every Sunday, at each of our church locations, we run a special church service designed just for kids. You can sign your kids in 15 minutes before the service starts—it’s quick and easy, and they’ll be ready for a fun-filled morning! 

Here’s what to expect: 
Your First Visit

  • A Warm Welcome: You’ll be greeted at the door by our team, who will show you exactly where to go.

  • Easy Check-in: We’ll help you register your children on our secure system to keep everyone safe and happy.

  • Family Worship: We start the morning as one big family! You’ll join the first 10–15 minutes of the service together, because we love for our kids to see us worship and learn right alongside us.   And don't worry—we know kids love to wiggle! We don't mind a bit of restlessness or noise; we’re just glad you’re here.

We have:

  • Parenting Lounge (0–9 months): A dedicated, relaxing space for you and your baby to enjoy the service and connect with other parents.
  • Catalyst Preschool (9 months – 4 years): A fun and engaging space where little ones grow in faith through play and worship.
  • Catalyst Primary (P1 – P7): A high-energy environment with lively worship and games where kids connect and journey through life with Jesus.

Additional Needs

Supporting Additional Needs in Catalyst Kids

  • We know that some children will need additional support in place to access and meaningfully engage with our programmes. As there are lots of different ways in which children may need to be supported, we try, wherever possible, to be flexible with the types of support we offer.
  • If your child needs any additional support, whatever their age, then please do get in touch with your team and request to speak with your Site Kids Leader, who can work on an individual support plan. Or send us an email to kids@catalyst.vin and together we can work out how best to support your child while they are with us in Catalyst Kids.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes!  All of our volunteers are safeguarding trained and PVG checked with references too.  

When you drop off your child you will fill in a registration form where well see your contact info.  If your child needs you, we’ll either send a team member to get you or call/message you directly

We encourage bringing their water bottles and a changing bag (if preschool).  If your child has a Bible, in our primary sessions we encourage them to bring it too.

We prefer this to be led by you if your child is in preschool so we may call you if a nappy change is required.  It’s preferred that each child go to the toilet on the way into the kids rooms.  If a toilet break is required, 2 PVGd volunteers will be present according to our safeguarding policy. 

All adults dropping off their children will fill out a registration form for their child that asks information about allergies and medical conditions.  Please also speak to the team to ensure you have explained what is required, they’ll be happy to chat further.
