At Catalyst Vineyard, we believe serving is one of the best ways to grow in faith, build community, and make a difference. God has uniquely gifted each of us, and when we use those gifts together, the church flourishes, and lives are impacted for Christ.
Welcome
This team help people feel at home at Catalyst by offering a warm welcome, helping people find refreshments, introducing them to new friends, and offering help to get connected into the life of the church.
Tea & Coffee
Be part of the team that keep everyone hydrated and caffeinated, with a biscuit and a smile!
PA Team
The PA team work hard at making sure we can hear everything from the worship team to the preacher and everything in between. Training will be given so even if you’re a novice, we’ll help you learn.
Media
Come join us on the media team, as we enable all the projection of worship lyrics, show videos, and run presentations on the big screen. Training will be given so even if you’re a novice, we’ll help you learn.

If you love design, understand social media trends, and are passionate about digital communication, then feel free to slide into our DMs. We’d love to hear from you!

Transform & Lifestyle
There are many ways to get involved with the work of Transform and help serve the marginalised and disadvantaged in our communities - whether through Lifestyle gateway service, the pantry vans, CAP Debt Coaching, Open Doors. Tick this option and one of our team will be in touch to discuss which option is the best fit for you.
Alpha
There are different ways you can help out at Alpha - from welcoming guests on arrival to being part of the kitchen team, we would love to hear from you if catering is your thing, we're also looking for table helpers who can hold a conversation over dinner. If you'd simply enjoy helping set up or pack down a venue, we'd love to hear from you too!
Filo Coffee House Outreach Worker
The filo team will be proactive in building positive relationships, providing a listening ear; people who are able to share the gospel and offer prayer where appropriate. It's so much more than a barista role, it's an opportunity to demonstrate God’s love and compassion to the city. Barista and food hygiene training will be given.

Connect Group Leader
Connect Groups are an integral part of our church community - they are a way to know others, and to be known, and the leaders of these groups are key to seeing them flourish! If you feel that God might be stirring your heart towards leading a midweek group, then please get in touch and we can chat further.
Kids
Catalyst Kids is action-packed and great fun - could you be part of the team? We meet each Sunday morning, and love to create an environment where every child can come to know God personally, whether they are 9 months old or 9 years old! To join this team you will need to complete the PVG process.
Worship
We are passionate about leading people into an encounter with Jesus through sung worship. If you have a musical gifting and share our passion, we’d love to hear from you.
Youth
We’re looking for people who have a heart for creating space for young people to meet with God and be changed forever by Him. There are options for getting involved - we run youth on Sunday mornings at our sites, and also on Tuesday nights at our Central building. We’d love to hear from you! To join this team you will need to complete the PVG process.
Mainly Music
Our team helps to create a warm, welcoming and fun environment for every parent/carer and child that comes along! We are looking for people who love to chat, or those who can bake, or those who just love helping kids to sing and dance!
